From our orders going in sometimes over Facebook messenger! or the phone we get the same professional service. Nothing seems to be an issue even if it’s just the 1 pallet or 6! Dealing with Liz in the office is great, she always has time to chat and laugh at our jokes to John who delivers to us, he always asks how we are progressing being a young company ourselves. We as suppliers will not be looking to go anywhere else for our supply of haylage any time soon.
