Did you see the cover of Horse & Hound magazine on 31st December and read the four page spread inside with pictures of our very own golden girl of eventing Kitty King, with her two Olympic hopefuls, Persimmon and Ceylor LAN?

With the Olympics in Rio just a few months away, the selectors will surely have Kitty in their sights for selection as the ten year old Persimmon took Kitty to victory as the leading British rider for Great Britain winning the team silver medal in the Blair European Eventing Championships in Scotland in September 2015.

Just a few weeks before Blair, Kitty was competing the talented 8 year old Ceylor LAN, winning the CCI* title at Tattersalls in Ireland.

Kitty is the only British rider to have competed and won medals in a European squad at all four levels that include pony, junior, young rider and now twice in senior European Championships so to be a hot contender for the Olympic team is something that Kitty will undoubtedly take in her stride.

John Bosley and his team at Yeoman Haylage are delighted that Kitty chooses to feed Yeoman Haylage to her horses and are eagerly awaiting the Olympic selectors’ results.

“I have been using Yeoman Haylage for several years now for my show-jumpers, including the winner of the Hickstead Derby and they always thrive and look well on Yeoman haylage. Importantly the small haylage bales are easy to transport so the horses don’t have any change in their feed when away at shows.”
