It’s clear to see what Olympic eventer Kitty King from Chippenham in Wiltshire has been doing during the lockdown. Her success since the re-start of eventing is testament to her expertise, dedication and hard work. Hours of schooling her horses at home have paid off and her eventing season is off to a flying start.
Looking at the leader-boards, Kitty is right up there with wins and placings on many of her horses from the advanced to the novices including wins on her Olympic ride Ceylor LAN and Cristal Fontaine in their advanced sections at Aston Le Walls in Northants earlier this month, to her less experienced rides with Monbeg Hendricks winning at Burgham, Gatcombe and Tweseldown and Monbeg Junior as runner up at both Burgham and Aston Le Walls and both horses qualifying for the Mondial du Lion Championships in France later this season.
What a tally that lot is in such a short space of time! Just goes to show, this is going to be an exciting season for Kitty. The top spots in the leader-boards, speak for themselves. Many congratulations go to Kitty from John, Liz, Nick and the team who are all delighted that Kitty’s horses are fuelled at events with Yeoman Haylage.
